How do I place an order?
1. Select a category to explore.
2. Once you have done so, click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
4. Click on “Proceed to checkout”
5. Enter your details and address and click “Complete Order”, don't forget to use a coupon if you have one.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.
I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do?
On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
What payment methods does Inspiritech accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
How soon will I receive my product?
We arrange shipment immediately after receiving customers' orders. All the orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS. In most cases, your order will be delivered within 7 working days or even sooner. It may take longer for orders from United States Minor Outlying Islands.
How to track my orders?
You will receive an notification E-mail with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package status via: https://www.inptools.com/apps/parcelpanel

Is my package insured?
Yes we insure every package while in transit to our customers.
When can I cancel my order?
You are free to cancel your orders at any time before receiving an shipment notification E-mail. But cancellation is not acceptable after your order is shipped.
How to use a coupon code?
To use your coupon code, add all of your items you would like to buy to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from www.inptools.com. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
How long is the warranty period of your products.
Each Inspiritech product comes with an at least 12-month warranty. But we often give an extended warranty to qualified customers that join our special promotional events. So don't forget to sign up to get our latest events notifications.

How long does it take to process my refund?

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
In the footer of the homepage, there is a text box under “Sign up for our newsletter” where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notifying you that you are subscribed. Our subscribers are the first to receive sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
